Direct ISDN connection:
Our direct ISDN connections provide business customers with high-quality long
distance over a wide fibre and copper UK network.

Primary
Rate ISDN (ISDN30) is up to 30 digital channels delivered over a 2Mbps circuit,
and can be installed as multiple circuits.

A
typical ISDN use is for telecom systems requiring more than seven individual
lines. Presentation is normally Q931.

Least
cost routing (LCR):
As a least cost call routing supplier we deal with the networks on your behalf,
buying at the lowest wholesale rates available and passing the savings on to
you.
All of our LCR suppliers have been put through their paces in our own offices,
enabling us to test the call calibre and call connection speed, then pass only
the best quality services on to you. To begin least cost routing our LCR code
needs to be programmed into your dialler or phone system. This will then prefix
all (or selected destination) outbound calls with the code and route them over
the LCR network.

Long
Distance Carrier Pre-selection (CPS):
Carrier pre-selection provides your
business with a choice of carriers
without the need to change exchange
lines or use additional hardware and
software.
UK Digital remotely programs the LCR
code directly into the BT exchange,
allowing the redirection of calls
to take place within the BT Network.
You do not need to do anything for
CPS to be provisioned; once an order
is placed we take care of everything.
If for any reason your business is
not satisfied you can return to BT,
or your preferred long distance carrier,
within a couple of days of notifying
us - no problem. Please note that
CPS cannot be offered on anything
other than standard BT exchange lines
to date.
