Mark Costello
President and CEO

Mark Costello serves as President and CEO of USA
Digital Communications, CA Digital Communications (Canada) and UK Digital
Networks (United Kingdom). He is responsible for the overall direction and
growth of these three companies.

| With more than
17 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Mark has extensive
experience in management, marketing and telecommunications. Prior to forming
the USA/CA/UK Digital organizations, he founded Clear Choice Communications,
Inc., a telecommunications reseller that was later sold to VARTECH
Communications. In 1991, Mark founded AMCAT (American Computer and Telephone),
where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. |

Phil Hagen
Managing Director UK and EMEA
Phil Hagen manages Amcat UK and EMEA operations. He previously held a Business Board level position at NTL where his key focus was on increasing performance and positioning for the merger with Telewest. His business roles have mainly been within high tech organizations and telcos, ranging from new start-ups to global giants. Each of his roles included developing and implementing growth strategies, managing performance and strategic positioning. Phil also has over ten years experience of working at Cable & Wireless plc. Starting out as Sales Director, he became Managing Director, (Global Card Services) in 2000, managing 26 business units throughout the world working with each business unit at CEO level.

Moore

Simon Moore has been in the UK Telecommunications
industry since 1989, working initially in the sales of telephone systems and
equipment, and moving in to the voice market for the past seven years covering
a range of roles from sales and dealer account management to purchasing and
consultancy.
